Beetroot, Fennel and Orange Salad

 This is this delicious seasonal salad. It’s really easy to put together and all the flavours work so well together that it really is an exceptional dish. The key is to get the root veggies cut really fine so it’s a good chance to practice those knife skills. If you don’t have walnut oil, toasted sesame would make a good alternative. Remember to season it with some high quality sea salt and leave it all to marinate before serving.
